Something wrong, or something you wish Calque did? Every route below reaches the person who makes it.

Send feedback

The feedback form is the place for bugs, ideas and questions. No account, nothing posted publicly, and an email address is optional. Opened from the app’s Help menu, it fills in your Calque version, system version, device model and language, which you can see, edit or clear before sending.

Write to support@mgcrea.io and describe what you did and what happened instead.

Before you write

  • Which build. The version and system details the app offers to copy from its Help menu or About pane say which build you are on, which is usually the first thing worth knowing.
  • Which device. Mac, iPad or iPhone, and which tool you were using.
  • Steps to reproduce, and a screenshot if it is visual. If an area looks wrong, say which standard (net, habitable, Carrez or plancher) and what you expected it to be. A plan can carry an address: crop anything you would not want to send.
